The forthcoming major programmes of the Region are tentatively scheduled as shown below.
1.Overseas picnic and Regional Meeting: A joined meeting of the Leaders from the Districts I to XII with the Club Members of District XIII is scheduled to be held at 10.30 am on Friday 10th February 2012 at Dubai, hosted by YMC New Dubai and the District XIII Team. This is combined with a family picnic during the Dubai Festival.
Departure: Thursday 9th February 2012 morning from Thiruvananthapuram
Return Arrival : Monday 13th “ “ at “ ie 4 days & 3 nights
Air fare to & fro as on date Rs. 13,500.00 (this may change)
Visa charge Rs. 3,200.00
3 days Accommodation (twin sharing basis) & site seeing tour of Dubai including Desert Safari :

Interested members are requested to pay an amount of Rs. 17,000/- with a copy of the passport immediately so as to avail the group concession Air ticket. Delayed application may cost more.
2. The 3rd Regional Council meeting: will be held at 1.30 pm on Sunday 8th January 2012 at Kottarakara
3. Silver Jubilee Celebrations. The inauguration of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of our Region will be held from 4.30 pm on 8th January at Kottarakara after the Regional Council meeting. Detailed programme will be intimated later.
4. Regional Sports: This is scheduled to be held on Sunday 22nd January at Changanacherry.
5. Regional Level Commitees Meetings: The following committees will meet as per the schedule given below.
1. Jurisdictional Matters : Saturday 17th December 2011 -12.30 pm at Trivandrum
2. P.Narayanaswami Assistance Fund: Sunday 18th December 2011-10.00 am at Kollam

8. Regional Convention - is shedeuled to be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Kollam
9. Founders Day : 8th December
10. Y’s Week : 8th to 15th December
