Dist Sports /Cultural meet on 5th November.
District X Sports and Cultural Meet is scheduled for 5th November (Sat) 2011.
Venue : Mount Bethany School Ground (Mylapra) . Time : 9.30 AM
NOTICE FOR CLUB PRESIDENTS & SECRETARIES
The Presidents and Secretaries of all clubs are invited to the planning meeting on 22nd Saturday , 7PM at the YMC Hall Kumbazha.
SMS Messages have been sent to all leaders .
The District guidelines will be handed over to the leaders in person at the meeting on the 22nd.
All Presidents , Secretaries & Sports/Cultural DSDs are requested to attend.
