CIRCULAR

Dear Y’s Leader,

Hope and wish that your club is doing excellent work in this year also.

We are happy to inform you that the Regional Cultural Meet of Y’s year 2011-12 is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 13^th November 2011 at Infant Jesus Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Thankassery, Kollam with the following tentative programme.

Registration Starts : 9.00 am Registration closes : 11.30 am

Inauguration : 9.30 am followed by competitions

We would like to inform you the following important points.

1. Club registration fee is Rs 250/- per club ( 100 points out of 300points for regional cultural meet)

2. Event registration is Rs.10/- per chest number (per person.)

3. No spot registration will be entertained.

4. The tentative time schedule of events is attached herewith.

5. Please inform your DG regarding the participation in Fancy Dress competition which is an event without screening at District level.

6. Make up is to be arranged by the District/ Club. Make up room will be allotted District wise.

7. Number of participants/ attendees may please be informed through the respective DGs latest by 11-11-11 to the Host Club President Ym. S.Nagarajan. Ph. 9447760237 of YMC of Quilon East so as to arrange lunch at the premises
